Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 pm from February 18 - April 8.

Is there a fee to participate?

This course is being offered free of charge. However, we recommend each participant have a good Study Bible to utilize during the course. Some recommendations include: 

NLT or NIV Life Application Study Bible (primary recommendation)

What will this course cover? 

The intro to the Bible course will cover a broad overview of the biblical narrative. This includes: 

Session 1: Introduction to the Bible

Session2: Creation and Fall 

Session 3: The Story of Israel and God's Covenant

Session 4: Israel's Disobedience (Assyrian and Babylonian Exile)

Session 5: The Prophets and the Time Between the Old and New Testaments

Session 6: Jesus - the Fulfillment of God's plan 

Session 7: The Early Church and Christian Living

Session 8: Continuing to Read and Apply the Bible Today

Can I register if I know I'll miss a session? 

We recognize that other life events or illness may prevent you from attending a session. 

Is there homework between each session?

Yes. These assigned readings are an invitation for you to dig-in to the Scriptures each week.

A weekly reading plan with 5 daily readings will be made available each week. These include a Scripture Reading, a weekly Discipleship exercise, and the Commentary Notes in your Study Bible.
